Booking & prices
How does booking work?
Send a request with the date, the number of guests, the occasion and the boat you like (or “Help me choose”). We check availability with the boat operator and reply with the final price and the plan. Nothing is booked until you accept the offer.
Are you the owner of the boats?
No. We are a broker service that plans birthday cruises; the boats are operated by their owners with their own captains and crews.
Is the price per person?
No – all prices are for the whole boat, private for your group.
What is the cheapest option?
Palm Breeze 50 from ฿49,000 for 5 hours for up to 30 guests. Sunset cruises of 3 hours on the catamarans are quoted on request.
Is VAT included?
Yes, listed prices include 7% VAT.
On board
What is included?
Captain and crew, fuel for the planned route, soft drinks and ice, fresh fruit, kayak, paddleboard, snorkelling equipment, life jackets, sound system, accident insurance, marina entry fee and towels.
What is not included?
Island and national-park entry fees, taxi transfer to the pier (on request), lunch and catering (quoted), food and a chef on overnight trips (quoted).
Can you arrange decoration, a cake or a DJ?
Yes – decoration, cake, balloons, photographer, DJ and catering are available on request and quoted with your offer.
Can we bring our own food or cake?
Often yes – mention it in your request and we confirm it with the boat operator.
The day at sea
Where do we board?
At Chalong Pier or Ao Po Grand Marina, depending on the boat and the route – confirmed with your booking.
Which routes are possible?
Phi Phi Islands (8 hours), Coral & Racha (5 hours), Phang Nga Bay and James Bond Island (8 hours), a west-coast sunset (about 3 hours), and the Similan Islands overnight on the superyachts.
When is the calmest season?
November to April is the dry season with the calmest sea. May to October is the rainy season with more swell; Phang Nga Bay is sheltered and works all year. The Similan national park is closed mid-May to mid-October.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The captain decides on safety and may change the route or the time. Any change, and the terms for it, are confirmed in your booking.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Life jackets are on board for every guest and parents supervise their children. For young kids we suggest a stable catamaran and a shorter trip.
Practical
Which languages do you speak?
This website is in English, Thai, Russian, Chinese and Arabic, and you can write your request in any of these languages.
Can I see prices in my currency?
Yes – the currency button converts the baht prices into approximate amounts in USD, EUR, GBP, RUB, CNY, INR, AUD or AED. The offer is made in Thai baht.
How soon do you reply?
We reply as soon as we have checked availability with the boat; in high season (November–April) it helps to send the request early.
What about deposits and cancellations?
The deposit, payment and cancellation terms are confirmed in your booking, before you accept it.
Still have a question? Send it with your request – we answer everything in our reply.
