1. Our role
Phuket Yacht Birthday is a broker and planning service. The boats are owned and operated by third-party owners and operators, who are responsible for the operation of the boat, the crew and safety at sea.
2. Requests and offers
A request sent through this website is not a booking. After a request we check availability and send an offer with the final price and the details of the charter. A booking exists once you accept the offer and the conditions stated in it are met.
3. Prices
Prices on this website are from-prices in Thai baht for the whole boat; listed prices include 7% VAT. Amounts in other currencies are approximate. The binding price is the one in your offer. Extras, island and national-park fees, catering and transfers are not included unless stated in the offer.
4. Payment, deposit and changes
Payment method, deposit, balance and the terms for changes or cancellation are confirmed in your booking before you accept it. No payment is taken on this website.
5. Weather and safety
The captain is responsible for safety and may change or shorten the route, or postpone the departure, because of weather, sea conditions or instructions of the authorities. How such cases are handled is confirmed in your booking.
Guests follow the instructions of the captain and crew. Life jackets are on board for every guest; children are supervised by their parents or guardians at all times. Guest numbers may not exceed the maximum of the boat.
6. National parks
Some routes enter national parks. Park rules, fees and seasonal closures apply and can change the stops of the day.
7. Liability
We plan with care but cannot be responsible for events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
