Who we are
Phuket Yacht Birthday (phuketyachtbirthday.com) is a broker service that plans private birthday cruises in Phuket, Thailand. Contact details are on the contact page.
What we collect
When you send a cruise request we collect the details you enter: name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred contact method, date, number of guests, occasion, route, extras and notes, the language of the page and the page address. We do not collect payment details on this website.
Our website and hosting provider may log technical data such as IP addresses for security. To limit spam we keep an anonymised (hashed) value of your connection for one hour; your IP address itself is not stored with the request.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your request, check availability with the boat operator, send you an offer and organise the booking. To do this we share the necessary details (for example date, group size and name) with the boat operator and, if you ask for them, with providers of extras such as decoration, catering or transfers.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Cookies and statistics
The website remembers your chosen currency in your browser (local storage). If statistics tools are installed, they may set cookies to measure visits; you can block cookies in your browser.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept as long as needed to handle the request and the booking and to meet legal obligations, and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or the deletion of your request at any time – write to us using the contact details on the contact page.
